April 2019 Updates

  • HAITI 2019 TRIP

The Haiti team was all set to help Pastor Cadet in Fort Jacques but due to the riots and uprisings of both people and roadblocks, they were unable to get to the location. Fortunately, our workers knew of someone in need and brought the team to a small village up in the mountains. The team met a girl named Christanie and saw that she was unable to leave the house due to her disabilities. Christanie was born paralyzed so she can not sit down and is restricted to a laying down position. Seeing this, the team wanted to help and ended up building Christanie a mobile bed where she can lay down comfortably with the ability to be moved outside.

THIS is one of the many examples where God has shown us that we need to trust in him because he has an agenda for our lives! Christanie can now enjoy the outdoors in the comfort of her own bed. Both the team and her family have been incredibly blessed!

One of the team members noted, “Thinking back, you could see the Lords leading in all that went on and I want to praise Him! For all involved it was absolutely amazing to see the Lord’s provisions.”

The mobile bed that they made for Christanie!
